• If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled to a written estimate of the cost of services before you receive them.

• You can request a Good Faith Estimate from Williams Counseling at any time.

• If your bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you may dispute the charges through a formal process.
